Our Maintenance Advantage Program provides a total system diagnostic and cleaning that includes the following:

Thoroughly clean external condensing coils to optimize efficiency.
Evaluate refrigerant charge in all systems, scrutinizing system pressures, volts/amps, and draw of motors and compressors.
Inspect and maintain condenser fan blades, contactors, relays, capacitors, and fan belts; lubricate motors and bearings as necessary.
Examine and cleanse drain pans, blower assemblies, and accessible evaporator coils.
Scrutinize furnace, fan coil, or heat pump components, covering gas valve, pilot assembly, thermocouple, combustion blowers, ignition controls, fan/limit switch, belts, bearings, fan motors, sequencer, heat elements, refrigerant charge, defrost control, fan relays, reversing valves, and thermostat operation.
Upon request, provide a detailed written performance evaluation for your records.

Any recommended or emergency repairs performed during the terms of this Agreement will be done at Regular Rates less a 10% Parts and Labor Discount. Any upgrade or equipment installation will be done at Regular Rates less a 5% Parts and Labor Discount.

Per system, per year. Includes 3 system cleanings and operational checks.

Benefits of agreement consist of:

No overtime charges
10% discount on repairs
5% discount on equipment
Improved capacity

Filter changes included only with Homeowner-supplied filters.

Spring and Fall-scheduled cleanings only.

GOLD Maintenance Advantage Agreement

Per system, per year. Includes 3 system cleanings and operational checks.

Also includes filter changes at each inspection with 1" or 2" pleated filters.

Also includes filter changes at each inspection with 4" media filters, Honeywell or Spaceguard, or cleaning of EAC or ACCUCLEAN.
