Great service! We came home on the Sunday of the Independence Day weekend and our AC wasn't working. The technician was to our house within an hour and able to fix our unit. Every time I meet more of the Northside Air folks I constantly become more impressed. Bobby and Jerry (the owners) are great but now I have met Michael and Tony who are both excellent. Northside Air did all the HVAC in my new build in Flower Mound (5 units with 20 tons of air) and it has turned out great. I liked them so much I had them do all new AC, furnaces and thermostats in my old house in Carrollton (3 units with 11 tons of air). I am an engineer so it does take a bit to impress me on mechanical equipment but the folks at Northside Air do so every time. These are the folks you want working on your HVAC systems.- David Lewis

Our spring AC service call by Northside this week was the first time we have done business with them, and it exceeded all expectations. Although it was a routine maintenance visit, not an emergency, we were able to schedule the visit for the next day. The technician, Chris, called to let us know he was on his way and what his ETA would be: a few minutes ahead of schedule in this case. Chris was very professional and listened patiently to my comments about our AC systems and answered my questions. I explained to him that the company who had been doing our maintenance, the company that also had originally installed both AC systems, had been keeping the full court press on us to completely replace both systems, as they were leaking Freon from the evaporator coils and were on their last legs. They had been charging us for adding Freon for the last couple of years. At the conclusion of his visit, I asked Chris how much Freon he had to add and whether there was any more life left in our systems. He told me that neither system needed any Freon and both systems were in excellent working condition. I think this kind of integrity is all too rare. It will keep us coming back to Northside for our future AC and heating needs.- Bob

It takes a lot to impress me; the customer service representative who answered the telephone/set up the service call was most pleasant and most efficient. I requested Chris to make sure our heater was in good shape for the coming winter. He has serviced both our heater and air conditioner in the past.
