One of our AC units went down on a very hot Sunday afternoon. I called several companies that claim 24/7 response time but all were not able to schedule an appointment for 3 to 4 days. Great service! We came home on the Sunday of the Independence Day weekend and our AC wasn't working. The technician was to our house within an hour and able to fix our unit. He had a great attitude even though it was a Sunday of a holiday weekend. He also helped us with a few of our filters. Thank you Northside for keeping us (and our dog) out of a hotel!- Kristy
