Our spring AC service call by Northside this week was the first time we have done business with them, and it exceeded all expectations. Although it was a routine maintenance visit, not an emergency, we were able to schedule the visit for the next day. The technician, Chris, called to let us know he was on his way and what his ETA would be: a few minutes ahead of schedule in this case. Chris was very professional and listened patiently to my comments about our AC systems and answered my questions. I explained to him that the company who had been doing our maintenance, the company that also had originally installed both AC systems, had been keeping the full court press on us to completely replace both systems, as they were leaking Freon from the evaporator coils and were on their last legs. They had been charging us for adding Freon for the last couple of years. At the conclusion of his visit, I asked Chris how much Freon he had to add and whether there was any more life left in our systems. He told me that neither system needed any Freon and both systems were in excellent working condition. I think this kind of integrity is all too rare. It will keep us coming back to Northside for our future AC and heating needs.- Bob

I highly recommend Northside Air Conditioning. Chuck Parker promptly reviewed our broken system and gave us several upgrade options. Within two days they were here to update our entire system, inside and out including the furnace. The techs, Spencer Murray and Jamar Johnson, were very professional. They were hard working despite the weather being in the high 90's. They took the time to vacuum any debris that had fallen on the floor. They also inspected every vent in the house and found one vent had a quarter size piece of insulation and promptly removed it. We were very pleased with the service provided by all employees at Northside Air Conditioning.- Laurie

Our home A/C froze up after 19 years of service, we called Northside, they responded quickly to come out to provide us with estimate for a replacement system. Matt came out and took measurements all over the house before calculating the right size system for the house. We had several other companies provide estimates over the years, and none provided a quantitative analysis. Because of Matt's thoroughness and transparency with everything he was doing we went with Northside to replace our system. Matt, also followed the job until the installation was complete which was above and beyond my expectations. He was able to communicate directly with installation lead our particular needs, giving use the confidence that the job was completed correctly. It takes a lot to impress me; the customer service representative who answered the telephone/set up the service call was most pleasant and most efficient. I requested Chris to make sure our heater was in good shape for the coming winter. He has serviced both our heater and air conditioner in the past.
