Our air conditioner failed last night and we called 4 companies to come out, last night if possible. In my message I requested to please return my call to let me know if that was possible, or if I should continue my search. The ONLY company to return my call was Northside, and they not only came out and fixed our unit late at night, but were courteous, professional and called when they were on their way to let us know when they would arrive. I highly recommend Northside Air Conditioning. Chuck Parker promptly reviewed our broken system and gave us several upgrade options. Within two days they were here to update our entire system, inside and out including the furnace. The techs, Spencer Murray and Jamar Johnson, were very professional. They were hard working despite the weather being in the high 90's. They took the time to vacuum any debris that had fallen on the floor. They also inspected every vent in the house and found one vent had a quarter size piece of insulation and promptly removed it. We were very pleased with the service provided by all employees at Northside Air Conditioning.- Laurie
