During the past cold front, our heater in the house stopped working. I called Northside Air Conditioning. They sent someone out the next day to evaluate the system. My heater was original with the house and about 25 years old. They were able to replace the heater on a Saturday. The entire job took them about 2.5 hours and cost less than $3,000. I received some quotes of over $5,500, so I was very happy with the service, price, and efficiency. I am a real estate broker and will definitely strongly recommend them to all my clients for any HVAC needs.

Exceeded All Expectations
Called Northside this week. It was the first time we have done business with them, and they (Amanda, Terry, and William) exceeded all expectations (Jerry, the owner, even helped!). One unit was not heating properly, but it was not an emergency... we were able to schedule the visit for the next business day. The technician, William, called to let us know he was on his way and what his ETA would be: hours ahead of schedule. William was very professional and listened patiently to my comments about the system... it's likely it was an issue with the Nest thermostat. He reset the unit and checked all the Nest settings. Very happy with them, especially William! All our future calls will go to them!
