We have used Northside Air for the replacement of all three of our AC/heating systems. The first one went out within the first year of us buying our home, and the home warranty company sent out another company who gave us a large estimate to repair and an even larger to replace. We got a second estimate from Northside Air. They sent out Albert, who was nice and very knowledgeable. They came in thousands less than the other estimate. We went with them on the first one, and they did such a good job we've never considered using anyone else.

Staff is always friendly and courteous, and in my case, following a traumatic illness, weren't too busy to chat for a few minutes and offer encouragement for my situation. Exceptionally Helpful Service
I am remodeling my home and need to replace both A/C systems (the ‘old’ one is from 1991, the ‘new’ one is from 1993 - they have lived long lives, but it’s past time). Northside has been exceptionally helpful throughout the process of pre-purchase inspections of my home, quoting the new systems, and being very flexible as I experience various construction delays. Jovan, a technician, was fantastic when he came out to inspect and diagnose my systems - he was super thorough and detailed, and even helped me speak with my home warranty company on speakerphone. Albert, a ‘comfort advisor’ has gone above and beyond to help me with choosing new systems and scheduling the installation. Marcy, Amanda, and Terry have also been really great in coordinating the process and helping me through various construction challenges that I’ve faced which have necessitated A/C installation flexibility.
