Rene Did a Great Job
My upstairs AC went out last weekend. Rene came out right away Sunday morning and said we needed a new valve for the refrigerant. He replaced it Monday, but the AC was still not cooling. He came back out 2 more times and had to replace a fan motor and circuit board on the outside unit. Rene did a great job! He communicated the issues well and was solutions oriented. He really cared and wanted to solve the problem. He was on the phone with Lennox troubleshooting for a lengthy time since the cause of my AC being out was not straightforward. I was really happy with Rene, and he's a great asset to Northside!

My House Cools Very Quickly
I have been using Northside for 22 years. They do maintenance for me twice a year. The guys they send out are always nice and help me with questions about my thermostat. It is easy to schedule, and I appreciate the reminders. I had my system replaced about 4 years ago, and I also got a new thermostat. My house cools very quickly and seems like it runs less. My electric bills are lower now as well.
