Zeke from Northside AC came out for a routine maintenance visit, and I’m so glad he did. During the inspection, he found debris built up in the ductwork that we had no idea was there. My upstairs AC went out last weekend. Rene came out right away Sunday morning and said we needed a new valve for the refrigerant. He replaced it Monday, but the AC was still not cooling. He came back out 2 more times and had to replace a fan motor and circuit board on the outside unit. Rene did a great job! He communicated the issues well and was solutions oriented. He really cared and wanted to solve the problem. He was on the phone with Lennox troubleshooting for a lengthy time since the cause of my AC being out was not straightforward. I was really happy with Rene, and he's a great asset to Northside!
